Our Promise: Warranty & 60-Day Better Hearing Guarantee

At ClarityPlus, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our goal is for you to feel confident and comfortable, which is why we offer a one-year warranty from the date your order is delivered. If a manufacturing issue occurs during this period, we will replace your device at no cost.

We also offer a 60-day trial (Better Hearing Guarantee), allowing you to test your device in everyday environments. If you do not experience meaningful improvement after a genuine trial, you may request a return within 60 days.

If you have any questions at any time, our support team is available to assist. This guarantee is intended for real-world use in cases of mild to moderate hearing needs and does not apply if the product has not been used properly during the trial period.


Thinking About a Return?

If you would like to request a return within the 60-day period, please contact us at support@theclarityplus.com so we can review your request and guide you through the process. If needed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions based on your location.

Once approved, send the item back using a tracked shipping method. Please return items in their original packaging with all included accessories. Including your order number will help us process your request faster.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Important

Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may not be accepted. Items must be returned to the correct processing location to be inspected and verified. Always wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back.


Manufacturing Issues

If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or refund. Damage caused by normal use, water exposure, or accidental damage is not considered a manufacturing defect.


After 60 Days

The 60-day period is designed to allow adequate time to evaluate the product. Returns requested after this period are generally not eligible for a refund, and unauthorized or late returns may be declined.


Items We Can’t Accept Back

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are final sale and cannot be returned, including extended warranty plans, cleaning accessories, replacement parts, and maintenance or sanitation devices.


How We Process Your Refund

Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 5–7 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to finalize the transaction.

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank or card statement, then contact your payment provider. You may also contact us for assistance.


Warranty Returns & Potential Fees

In some cases, a cleaning or handling fee may apply if the item has been used. This covers inspection, sanitation, and quality checks. Any applicable fees will always be communicated before processing your return.


Exceptional Situations

In certain situations, such as delivery issues or lost packages, we may offer a replacement as a one-time courtesy. Replacement items provided free of charge are not eligible for return or refund and do not restart the trial period.


Adjustment Period

Some users may require time to adapt to hearing devices. Early impressions may not reflect the full experience. For this reason, returns requested very early in the usage period may not qualify as a completed trial. We encourage consistent use during the initial adjustment phase.

Our products are intended for individuals with mild to moderate hearing needs and are not designed for severe or profound hearing conditions. The guarantee is based on actual usage and real-world experience.

Returns based solely on personal preference, such as size or comfort, may not qualify for a refund. The trial must reflect normal day-to-day usage, not limited or brief testing.
